A reworked edition of Ronald Johnson’s 1977 excised poem, Radi Os (Flood Editions), in which he subtracted sections of John Milton’s Paradise Lost to create a compositional, minimal interpretation of the work. This version brings back Milton’s original text, while rendering visible Johnson’s excisions as a black silhouette that shrouds the unused words on each page.
